Dr. Khater Massaad serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RAK Ceramics Company PSC  and RAKEEN Development PJSC. Dr. Massaad serves as Chief Executive Officer of RAK Investment Authority at RAK Minerals and Metals Investments. He serves as Managing Director of Rak Airways. He has been an Advisor to H.H. The Crown Prince   & Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah since August 2003. He co-founded Ras Al Khaimah Ceramics Company PSC (also known as RAK Ceramics)  and serves as its Chief Executive Officer, where Dr. Massaad has been directed the globalization drive through a rapid diversification programme. As managing Director of Al Hamra fort Hotel & Beach resort, he has played a major role in the tourism sector for the emirate of Ras al Khaimah. Dr Massaad holds a Master's degree in Engineering and a Phd in Geophysics.

Mr. Majed Zambaraji serves as CEO of Rak Logistics LLC since 2009, he previously served since 2006 as CEO UAE for Agility Global Logistics following a 12 years tenure at General Electric Corp where he completed GE Financial Management Program and held roles Export Sales Manager, Sales Affiliates General Manager, and finally held the position of Chief Commercial Officer Europe for GE Electrical Distribution and was appointed on board of GE Europe Sales Efficiency council.

Mr Zambaraji graduated with honors with Bsc from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and was awarded a grant for Msc degree in Mech Engineering at TuftsUniversity as well as completed an MBA from Boston University.
